Understanding Toilet Replacement
A toilet replacement removes the old fixture and sets a new one on the floor flange with a new wax ring and supply line. The flange is inspected while the floor is open, because a level, sealed toilet depends on it.

Loose bolts, a damaged flange or an uneven floor can contribute. We check the flange and seal, then secure the toilet with suitable support. Shims may be needed where the floor is uneven.
Booking an assessment does not reserve an installation date. Work dates are held only after the written estimate is accepted and the required deposit is received.
