We check the mounting location and the support behind it before installation. The bar needs support from the wall framing, added wood supports, or a mounting system rated for that bar and wall construction.

We handle water heaters, sump pumps, drains, faucets, toilets, showers, disposals, spigots, doors, fans, lighting and outlets. Describe the problem so we can confirm the scope of the visit.

Yes. Home safety and home repairs receive a written flat price before work begins. A minimum service charge applies. Heating and cooling repairs receive a written price after the paid diagnostic visit. You approve the work before it starts.
