Give the system a few minutes; a heat pump can run cooler than a furnace at first. Then check that the thermostat is on Heat, the set temperature is above the room temperature, the filter is not loaded, and the furnace switch and breaker are on. If the fan runs but the air never warms, or the system keeps shutting off, book a diagnostic visit. We test the sequence and tell you what failed before any repair.
